Expanded Foams (Open / Closed Cell)

  We supply an extensive range of closed cell Expanded Neoprene, EPDM, PVC/Nitrile, Silicone and Low Density Polyethylenes, normally in 2m x 1m sheets or 10m x 1m roll form, with self-adhesive backing if required. Thicknesses from 1.5mm to 25mm are available from stock, with other sizes available to order. We can also provide open-cell Polyether/polyurethane reticulated and filter foams.
  
  
• Finished Product
  Naturally, we will cut these materials into any size strip or pad. We can punch gaskets, washers, and any other pre-determined shapes using cost-effective die-cutting tools.
  
  Automatic CNC production methods are available for larger volumes including kiss-cut components in roll or strip form for production-line applications.
  
  We are also able to offer a highly economical water-jet cutting facility where conventional cutting techniques are not appropriate
