FDA Compliant Silicone Rubber
A cost-effective Silicone Rubber solution, suitable for many professional industry applications. White Silicone Rubber has FDA Certification for use in Food and Beverage Processing & Pharmaceutical Industries, as well as WRAS approval for use with Potable Water.
FDA Compliant Silicone Rubber offers excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, Ozone, oxidation, UV light, corona discharge, cosmic radiation, ionising radiation, and weathering in general, making it suitable for outdoor use.
We offer our Silicone Rubber Strip in a range of thicknesses, widths, and lengths, most of which are available to buy online. Our off-the-shelf range has the following size options:

White Rubber Sponge Grades
Silicone Rubber Sponge
A closed-cell foam Silicone with water resistance properties and the ability to compress between two surfaces. Excellent choice for reliable sealing in many industrial applications, even within harsh environments.
Offering a good operating temperature range our Silicone Sponge Rubber is resistant to Ozone, Oxidation, UV Light and Weathering, making it suitable for outdoor projects.

· Hardness: 42°±5 Shore A
· Tensile Strength: 0.6 Nmm2
· Elongation at break: 145%

Grey HT800 Silicone Sponge Rubber
HT800 Expanded Silicone Rubber
A specialist and versatile, medium firmness Silicone Sponge Rubber that offers the compressibility and lightweight characteristics of foam, with the enhanced sealing capabilities of sponge.
HT800 Silicone Sponge Rubber is certified as Flame Retardant and offers resistance to general weathering, Ozone, UV, and extreme temperature ranges, meaning the material is suitable for many different environments.

London Underground Compliant MF775
MF775 London Underground Compliant Silicone Rubber
Designed for use within the mass transit industry, our MF775 Silicone has been certified as London Underground Compliant. The specialist material is a Fire-Retardant compound that exhibits low smoke and low toxicity characteristics.
MF775 London Underground Compliant Silicone Rubber is recommended for enclosed environments where fire safety is paramount. Like other Silicone Rubber materials, MF775 Silicone Rubber offers excellent temperature and chemical resistance, as well as good physical and dielectric properties.

• Tensile Strength: 9 Mpa
• Elongation at break: 270%
