Bonded Cork, Paper & CNAF Material

Cork is available in various grades normally bonded with nitrile or chloroprene rubbers for many different gasket applications. Our cork can be used for gaskets for automotive, electrical switchgear and transformers, in particular where lower bolt loadings are required.

We can supply your cork in rolls, strip and sheet form, or we can punch and cut to specific dimensions as needed.

KLINGERsil available in various grades based on a mixture of aramid and glass fibres with a Nitrile rubber binder. CNAF is suitable for general industrial usage including oils, hydrocarbons, low pressure steam and water.

We can supply your CNAF in rolls, strip and sheet form, or we can punch and cut to specific dimensions as needed. This compressed non asbestos fibre is available in different grades including BS 7531 Grade Y and Grade AX.

This impregnated paper gasket material provides reliable sealing at a relatively low cost. Impregnated paper is very suited to gasket manufacturing. Extensively used in the automotive industry low pressure applications with oil and fuel.
